Meditation for Connecting with a Loved One

In the final video of a three-part series for connecting with your loved ones, I'm sharing a soothing meditation to help you connect with your loved one that's passed away.

When we've lost someone we love, we might want to communicate and connect with them again for clarity, comfort, solace, or cause we miss their presence. But sometimes, this can be challenging when our minds are full of day-to-day stresses.

So in today's practice, we'll gently call upon our loved ones, angels, and guides for clear and powerful connection.

After listening to this meditation, I'd love to hear how this resonated! So be sure to comment and let me know.
