Breathe away tension, and get oracle guidance reading in this 2-hour Semi-private Group Conscious Connected Breathwork Class in Houston. ​Conscious Connected Breathwork can help you: • Gain focus. • Release tension. • Clear stuck energy. • Come home to yourself. • Regulate your emotions. • Balance your nervous system. • Access your inner guidance and wisdom. • Let go of shit that doesn't serve you anymore.  • Validate what you know in your heart to be true. In this 2-hour semi-private journey, I'll guide you through an intense tension-releasing Conscious Connected Breathwork session.​ • ​​After a brief introduction, ​we'll do some guidance readings for the group to check in with our energy. • Then, I'll demonstrate the breathwork technique. • We'll do 30-45 minutes of active Conscious Connected Breathing. During the breathwork, I'll guide you with personalized affirmations. • You'll let out a few yells or vocalizations when I cue you to release some energy. • Then, you'll have about 15-20 minutes of resting, processing, movement, and journaling. • We'll also do another group reading after the Conscious Connected Breathing session.  • If you wish, you'll have time to process by journaling or sharing your experience in the last few minutes with the group. Details: • This is s semi-private class, so space is limited to 3 people per session. • Mats, bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows will be provided. ​What you'll need to bring: • A journal or notebook to write in • An open mind and heart, ready to explore and connect!
