  • Can I get a private session with the Soul Shift Breathwork Membership?
    Yes! You can either apply your discount to any 1:1 service or you can trade in your group classes: 4 group class credits = One 1-hour private session 5 group class credits = One 90-minute private session 7 group class credits = One 2-hour private session Once you have enough credits, just send an email request to info@breatheconnectthrive.com to trade in your group class credits for a private session (remember that yearly subscribers get instant access to all credits😉).
  • Are the group breathwork classes in-person or online?
    Both! You get to choose whether you'd like to attend your group breathwork class online or in-person!
  • Will the online group breathwork classes be recorded?
    No, due to the sensitive nature of what might be shared during a group breathwork class, they will not be recorded. However, you can access pre-recorded breathwork audios in the Soul Shift Breathwork Membership Library.
  • Can I use my group breathwork class credits for restorative yoga class?
    Yes! If you're in the Houston area, you can use your credits to book a restorative yoga class.
  • Will the monthly tarot readings be live?
    The tarot readings will not be live, they will be pre-recorded. All monthly tarot reading video links will be emailed on the first of the month. Questions and topic requests for the monthly tarot reading can be submitted here no later than three days before the first of the month.
  • Will I be able to ask questions during the group tarot reading?
    Yes, all members will get to submit a question or topic for the monthly group tarot reading and have a chance of being randomly selected. However, yearly subscribers will get priority. Please note that as the community grows, there is a possibility that all questions might not be answered.
  • Can I cancel at anytime?
    Yes, you can cancel at anytime. Know that any access or credits will not be available after your subscription is canceled.
  • What if I want a refund?
    Please be sure you're 100% certain that you want to purchase this membership. Due to the downloadable nature of this membership, refunds will not be processed. ​
